It is rumoured that a few of the smaller plots in Box Wood have been sold to the travelling community.

Exclusive Property Sales was dissolved in 2017. Home Counties Property Consultancy Limited now trades as Exclusive Property Sales.

A large portion of the wood is still for sale with Barnard Marcus.
