Box Wood sold on… what happens now?

It appears that the large part of the woodland (42 acres) of the 60 was sold on 19th October by SIPP to an unknown buyer for £139,000… all subject to contract. Who bought it? What are their intentions? Who owns the remaining 18 acres? Will East Herts trigger the Asset of Community Value (ACV) process to hold the sale to allow a community bid? Will access be challenged in the meantime. Some closure of this phase but lots of questions and no answers as yet!

Thanks for keeping the website updated Fiona. You will no doubt have picked up that the lot failed to reach its reserve price again.
